1. Help that picture wall look its best

Rune advises: ‘Try to avoid cleaning the glass with a dry cloth because it will create a charge on the glass. Charged glass gathers a lot of dust, so try to clean it with a moist wipe and then let it air dry. For a speedy clean, rub alcohol and a drop of hot water onto the glass surface and let the alcohol evaporate. You will then be left with perfectly clean glass.’
2. Get your fancy taps glistening
Of all the spaces around the house, the bathroom can really bring the wow factor. And the growing trend for sleek bathroom finishes means fending off limescale is now at the top of your cleaning priorities list.
‘A useful tip to help you deal with those annoying spots that limescale forms on your taps is to squeeze out half a lemon, add some salt and rub it on the stain,’ explains Rune. ‘You will be amazed by the result.’
